Never Ending Cavities: I have always brushed my teeth regularly and yet still I always seem to have cavities...sometimes bad ones. Is it possible to just have bad teeth or for something like this to run in the family? ... Visitor from PA

Answer:
Some people do have genetically soft teeth. We usually prescribe a high fluoride toothpaste such as Prevident.
