Question:
Teeth don't fit together anymore: When I was younger I had the perfect bite, as a matter of fact a dentist took a picture of it and explained that if your thumbnail fit between your top and bottom teeth it was just right.
When I was 18 or 19 my bottom teeth pushed out beyond my top teeth. I told several dentists about this throughout the years. My jaw feels very uncomfortable. My teeth do not fit together at all. It seems to be getting worse.
My teeth hit together so its impossible to close my jaw completely. I always have a headache. When I sleep at night my jaw is constantly moving trying to find a comfortable position and there is none. What can I do ... I am ready to pull all my bottom teeth!

Answer:
It sounds like you have developed an edge-to-edge bite or an underbite. Either way, you will find the position very uncomfortable (as you have already found out). Such a bite predisposes you to TMJ pain and attendant headaches associated with TMJ pain.
My suggestion to you is that you see a board certified orthodontist that treats TMJ pain. You will likely be pleased to know that solutions exist for the troubles you are having. Don't be surprised if braces are in your near future.
