- Bone chips or bone growth: I have had all my teeth removed. I keep having small slivers or pieces of bone start pokeing though my gums. I have had these removed several times. I'm told that the bones are growing back wrong. Is this true? It's hard to believe that a bone can grow back where it's visible in just 7 days.
