- Chemotherapy enamel damage:The tooth next to my front tooth has the top broken off. I am a stage 4 cancer survivor and the enamel on my teeth has been basically damaged from my chemo treatments. Is there any way to save this tooth? What would you recommend a crown or filling? I just had a tooth pulled in the back last week because it also broke. Call me vain, but I don't think I could handle losing a front tooth to being pulled. I wouldn't be able to bear it. I beat stage 4 cancer but it's done a nunber on my teeth. What can I do?
