- Adult teeth straightening: I am middle aged and have some odd orthodontic needs that I guess should have been treated when I was younger. Coming from a large family, the financial resources weren't available so I could get what I needed at the time. My teeth are pretty ugly and I am very self conscious about them. I have a high visibility job that requires frequent public speaking activities. I need ortho work but I feel that my needs can not be fully addressed by Invisalign, despite what dentists tell me.
