I am 17 and I have had my braces off for some time now, maybe a year or two. At first I wore my retainers at night... but after a while I did stop.
Well, I have noticed some movement and can still sorta get the retainer on, but just after an hour or so of wearing it my teeth become wiggly. Is it OK to continue to wear the original retainer, or go get a new one? ... Visitor from MA

The problem that you are having is rather classic. You missed a few days wearing your retainer, and now it only "sorta" fits.
SORTA means it DOESN'T fit...but you already knew that. Unfitting retainers indicate that your teeth have crowded. Guess what....it will get worse! You probably need a minor correction and a new retainer. I suggest a DURABLE clear retainer (though most clear retainers are quite flimsy).
